• Materials: Zilco Sealed Strapping: a core of strong web sealed with a modern polymer to give the handling qualities of leather but can be easily cleaned and has enormous strength.
• Saddle Tree: Unique Zilco Elastomeric flexible tree which will conform to the shape of most horses, whilst giving good spine clearance.
• Saddle Lining: All Zilco saddles are lined with a waffle printed, padded and flexible PVC which offers the horse greater comfort and can be used without a saddle pad.
• Fittings: All buckles and shaft fittings are made from stainless steel.
• Design Features: The newly designed panel and top strap gives more stability to the quick hitch shaft fitting.

Options & Extras

• A 10cm (4") wide saddle is standard with all sets. A 15cm (6") saddle for training / racing is available as an option on all sets. The wider saddle offers greater stability on the horse and is often beneficial for horses who suffer from back problems.
  All individual parts are sold separately.
• Colours: Zilco harnesses are available in ALL black or a choice of 5 colours for bridles, blinds, headchecks, buxton breastplate and fleece pads (where applicable)
• Packaging: All sets of Zilco harness are supplied in a reusable nylon carry bag making storage and transport much easier
• Maintenance: Wipe clean, hose down. Hang to dry. Or Tub wash in warm soapy water. Much easier than leather to maintain
