No goods will be dispatched without full payment.

All Pricing on Europasaddlery.com is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Europa Saddlery processes your payment offline. We will email you requesting for you to call us at your convenience to make payment. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit or EFT. Your  card will not be charged until the Goods are ready to be despatched and they will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell.

We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason.

There are no refunds on any super special/clearance items.

For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.


Delivery within Australia will be made via Australia Post or Border Express.

Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from Europa Saddlery in Middle Swan, Western Australia.

Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for delivery within Australia.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by the Courier. Goods damaged in transit is a risk to the customer and Eurpoa Saddlery can not be held responsible for goods damaged by others after it has left our premises. 

Refund Policy

We stand by each and every product we sell. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from us, please return the product and receipt along with all original packaging and tags within 14 days and we will gladly offer you an exchange or a refund although there are no refunds on any special/clearance priced items. Proof of purchase must be presented for any refund, exchange or warranty reasons. For any products that fail to perform outside these guidelines, please return for assessment.
